Understanding the Connection Between Maths Skills and Attitude

Please take part in my study for my MSc in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing. I am investigating how your ability in maths may vary with your attitude towards it. This research is important, as it can shed light on how we view maths and how that affects our performance.

Who Can Participate?

I need adult participants aged 18 to 65 years old. You should be able to speak and read English, and you can have any level of maths ability. It’s essential that you are over the age of 18 to take part. If you have taken Maths exams in the British or British International system, such as O Levels, GCSE, or iGCSE, that’s great! Those who have completed Foundation or Functional Skills tests are also welcome to join.

Why Is This Research Important?

I am hoping to discover how adults are affected in the long term by their maths difficulties. Adults are currently underrepresented in the research statistics. By participating, you can help fill this gap and contribute to a better understanding of how maths difficulties impact adult learners.
